Field-Reading
Reading the Living Field of Our Time
Field-Reading is a collection of personal reflections, or commentary on current events. It is the practice of observing life as it unfolds, listening beneath the surface of what is happening both individually and collectively, and asking a deeper question:
What is life trying to teach us through this moment?
Every week brings its own conversations, challenges, encounters, symbols and unexpected invitations. Some weeks are deeply personal. Others are shaped by global events, by shifts in society, by nature, by relationships, or by the countless stories shared with me through mentoring, coaching, regression therapy and everyday life. Rather than treating these as separate experiences, field-reading explores how they belong to the same living field, revealing the deeper movements that quietly shape our lives and invite us to grow.
For many years I searched for answers in psychology, sociology, trauma therapy, spirituality and human development. Over time I discovered that life itself had become my greatest teacher. The Hero’s Journey was no longer simply a story found in books. It became the architecture through which every challenge, every loss, every illness, every awakening and every unexpected invitation began to make sense. Gradually I realised that what we often call coincidence, crisis or disruption may also be understood as life asking us to become more fully ourselves.
Field-Reading is where I share that ongoing exploration in real time. These reflections are written from within the journey itself, allowing readers to witness how personal experience, collective transformation and the wisdom of life continually illuminate one another.
Over the past year this work has naturally expanded beyond the weekly reflections themselves. It now weaves together the themes explored in my books, podcasts, music, webinars and conversations into one living body of work, where each piece supports the others and invites us to see a little more of the larger picture. Whether we explore Weltschmerz, the Hero’s Journey, belonging, Mother Earth’s intelligence, or the future humanity is being invited to create, the question remains the same:
How do we become the change we long to see in the world?
The twelve books presented below emerged from that same inquiry. They were not written as isolated projects but as different expressions of one unfolding journey, each exploring another aspect of what it means to move from survival toward coherence, from fragmentation toward wholeness, and from unconscious living toward conscious participation in the future of humanity:
- The Architecture of Future Medicine – Coherence Medicine: The Regulation of Biological Intelligence
- Architecture of the Living Ethos – A Relational Framework for Life, Health, and Responsibility
- The Architecture of Light – A New Cosmology awakens through Humanity
- The Architecture of Peace – PEACE AS A DESIGN PRINCIPLE
- The Architecture of Karma – The Design of Cause Within a Living Universe
- The Architecture of Sisterhood – Mirrors of the Soul
- The Architecture of Life – Coherence. A Living Ethos. The Complete Architecture Trilogy
- The Architecture of Humanity – Karma. Sisterhood. The Complete Architecture Trilogy II
- Weltschmerz – The Hidden Weight We All Carry — And How It Takes Lives
- The Many Faces of Christ Consciousness — The Architecture of Divine Embodiment
- The Hero’s Journey — When Life Begins to Speak to You
The Architecture of Initiation — Weltschmerz. The Hero’s Journey. Divine Embodiment. The Complete Architecture Trilogy III
These books form a foundation. They describe how life organizes itself through coherence, how the nervous system regulates biological intelligence, how relationships form the basis of a living ethos, and how inner peace becomes the structural prerequisite for sustainable systems. But books are architecture. Field-Reading is the lived construction.
Here, I document how these principles unfold in daily life — in the Arctic landscape, in motherhood, in solitude, in ceremony, in rebuilding a career in midlife, and in the quiet integration of a nervous system once governed by fight-or-flight.
From Reactive to Regulated
The next stage of human development is not technological. It is biological and relational.
It is the movement from fragmentation to integration.
From reactivity to regulation.
From survival to coherence.
Homo Luminous is not a spiritual identity. It is a regulated nervous system. An integrated body. A harmonized relational field. It is a human being who has moved through collapse, dismantling, and reconstruction — and emerged balanced.
Field-Reading shares this process in real time. Some entries will reflect the present moment.
Some will revisit earlier phases of awakening.
Together, they document a developmental arc.
Books and Courses as Resources
The Architecture books offer the structural understanding.
The courses offer guided pathways for integration:
- Divinima Reset (13 Modules) – a structured deprogramming and nervous system recalibration process
- The Hero’s Journey – mapping the archetypal path of transformation
- The Spiral of Grace – understanding evolution as cyclical integration
- The DNA Detox & Recalibration – physical, emotional, and energetic detoxification
- Monad Integration – stabilizing the unified self beyond fragmentation
These resources are not abstract teachings. They are practical frameworks designed to support the transition from reactive human patterns to regulated, harmonious embodiment.
Why This Matters Now
New sustainable systems on Earth cannot emerge from dysregulated nervous systems. Outer structures mirror inner architecture. A peaceful society cannot be built by internally fragmented individuals.
Many regions globally — are currently positioned to experiment with new sustainable models. But the foundation of those systems must be inner coherence.
Field-Reading is my commitment to making that inner architecture visible. Not as theory.
But as lived structure. This page is the doorway.
Each week, you will find the ongoing Field-Readings — documented chronologically, grounded in season, light, relationship, and integration.
The field is open.
