Echoes of Earlier Lives
The soul remembers what the mind has forgotten. I often speak about earlier lives in my videos, and people have asked me about them. On this page I share four of them, because each one has carried a deep lesson into the life I live now.
Many of us come to earth with a blueprint, an inner plan our soul has said yes to. A mission like this cannot always be completed in one life, and the soul may return with the same blueprint to continue where it left off. This is never forced. The soul always has free will.
The years given here are approximate. They are what I have experienced in regression, meditation and ceremony.
Guatemala, early 14th century: The girl who loved the jungle
In this life I was a young Maya woman, born with the same gift I carry today. I was an empath, and I absorbed everything around me. I felt the fear, the manipulation and the cruelty of men who were themselves fragmented and out of balance, and who took it out on women and children. I was one of the women who suffered at their hands.
Even as a child I was drawn to the jungle. The animals became my closest friends, because with them love could flow freely. With people, life was often painful.
I lived from a wide and awake consciousness. I knew that the soul is immortal, and I knew what I had come to experience. And still, the pain I carried from those around me became too heavy. At nineteen, I chose to leave life, and gave myself to the jungle.
What this life taught me is that even a soul that knows who it is can be broken by how others treat it. We all carry a responsibility in how we meet one another, because what we do to others, we also do to ourselves. It also taught me why animals and nature heal us so deeply. With them, the heart opens without conditions.
Guatemala, early 17th century: Zoa, the leader who carried everyone
Three hundred years later I returned to the same land, this time as a man. My name was Zoa. I was the leader of my people, and I was also their shaman, priest and healer. Everyone came to me with their troubles, and I took my responsibility with complete seriousness. I worked closely with Mother Earth, and I held ceremonies for my people to keep peace, health and harmony among us.
At my side was my wife. She was the one who carried the greatest strength, quietly, from behind the scenes. I held the outward, masculine power to lead and to act. She held the nurturing, embracing and healing power, and in many ways she guided the tribe through me. Her soul is with me again in this life, as my daughter, and she carries the same wisdom.
What weighed on me most in that life was how much energy went into small dramas and needless conflict, and how easily people blamed others for what they did not want to look at in themselves.
I carried so much responsibility that I suppressed myself. I longed to rest, to play, to let the child in me live, but there was no room for that. I held ceremonies for everyone else, but rarely for myself. This is why balance matters so much to me now. I am learning to honor every part of who I am, and to know that the ceremony also lives within me.
Zoa showed me something more. What I did then was the same as what Jesus did: helping humanity. The Christ archetype has lived in every age and culture, in shamans, healers and wise ones whose names were never written down.

Wales, late 19th century: The child who held the light
I remember the house. It stood on its own by the sea, in the countryside, a little apart from everyone else. I can still feel the salt in the air and smell the sea and the damp earth around the house. I can see the light over the water and hear the waves. From the outside, everything was perfect. It was quiet, rural and idyllic, the kind of place you would think nothing could go wrong.
But inside the house lived a grief that filled every room. My mother and father lived in a deep state of victimhood. They could not find their own light. They carried enormous layers of sorrow, and their greatest longing was for children. My mother was pregnant somewhere between fifteen and twenty times. Some of the children died at birth, some lived a few months, and some lived a few years. I was the one who lived the longest, until I was thirteen.
The children died because the pain in that family was so great that it lived in our bodies. When we carry loss, grief and violation for a long time, a deep separation forms within us, and that separation closes us off from the light of God. These were karmic patterns we had chosen ourselves, so that we could learn to transform them.
I was a healer for my parents in that life. My soul had chosen to bring light into a home where the hearts were closed. But they were not able to receive what I, or any of my brothers and sisters, came to give. An open heart in a family of closed hearts is experienced as a slow death, a slow extinguishing of one’s inner light, and my body could only bear it for thirteen years.
Both of my parents from that life are with me again in this one. My father was my son Aleksander. We have both carried many layers of grief, through more than one life. My mother from Wales I have met again in this life, and she will return once more within my family.
Across three lives, I practiced carrying deep grief, and all three are connected to the life I live today. Now we are learning to transform it.
Austria, around 1910 to 1944: The voice of truth
In Austria I carried the same blueprint once more. I was a public politician and an advocate for truth, and I spoke out against the war and the systems of power that wanted it. The man I am married to today was my partner in that life. We were not married, but we lived together, and we were both politically active. We were known figures, working to build up our country and the surroundings we had chosen to be born into. We shared the same blueprint then, and we share it again now.
We loved each other deeply. But we also carried karmic patterns that we played out between us, and we never came to experience that love in a balanced way. Then the surroundings grew even darker. In my early thirties I was stabbed in the back by the opposition in the marketplace, and the knife struck my heart. That was where the light I carried had its center, and it was that light they wanted to put out. My partner carried the grief of losing me for the rest of his life.
My father in that life is also my father in this one. In both lives he was an authoritarian man, and in both lives he gave me the programming that taught me to close my heart. He and I share something else as well. We were both born with highly sensitive bodies, and sensitive bodies close their hearts very early when they are born into a world of violation, need, survival and shame.
When my husband and I met again in this life, we both felt something deeper than we could explain. It was almost frightening, because there were no words for it. We had the same deep love, and we wanted to continue where we had left off. But for the first twenty years of our marriage, we also lived out the same patterns we had lived in Austria, and the karmic bonds between us played out as drama in our lives.
In Austria we had no children. In this life we have three children together, and my husband has been a bonus father to the two children I had from an earlier relationship. Some of our children have walked with us before. My husband has shared earlier lives with two of them, and I have shared earlier lives with two others. One of our children is a new soul, with little experience of being human on earth, and he finds the structures of this world demanding and at times very painful.
Austria was where love and loss met most deeply. This life is where we are learning to let that love find its balance.Β
The thread through all four lives
When I was born in 1973, I came into the world with a hole in my heart, a mark from the lives before. And at the age of five, my heart closed. This time I did not die of it. I closed my heart instead, and survived.
Looking back, I can see the same movement in every life: a soul carrying light into darkness, and taking the pain of others into its own body. In this life the task has been to gather it all. To carry the light without leaving. To take responsibility without losing myself. To give, and also to receive.
Everything we call past and future is, in truth, happening in the now, as different expressions of the same creation. These lives are not behind me. They live in me as wisdom, and they are part of why I do the work I do today.

Why I Share These Lives
I do not share these four lives to tell an extraordinary story. I share them because they show something that is true for all of us. Each of us comes to earth with our own curriculum.
Mine has been written through a girl who loved the jungle, a leader who carried everyone, a child in a house by the sea and a voice that would not be silenced. The same lessons have returned to me again and again, in new forms, until I was ready to learn them.
You carry your own curriculum too. So does every child being born today. Children come with gifts their soul has already developed through many lives, and with karmic patterns they have chosen to transform, often through their parents and the ancestral lines they are born into.
The New Tribe
In a ceremony in March 2025, I was shown a picture of how we can live together in the future. A tribe is not just a group of people. It is a living organism, a web of roles, energies and relationships, where each person carries a sacred thread. In the past this has often taken the form of hierarchy. The future will be different. We will still need guides, elders and people who walk ahead of us, but not to dominate or control. The future is about shared leadership. We listen to those who carry wisdom, and in return we offer our own gifts.Β
This must begin with our children. We need schools where teachers hold sacred space, so that each child can bring forward the gifts they naturally carry, and be supported in transforming the patterns they have chosen to work with. Not schools that shape every child into the same form, but schools that help each child remember who they are.
A system built on resonance, trust and sacred exchange.
Continue the Journey
I explore these themes and future systems more deeply in two of my books.
The Architecture of Karma: The Design of Cause Within a Living Universe looks at the patterns we carry from life to life, and how they can be transformed rather than repeated.
Sisterhood: The Architecture of a New Civilization explores the new systems we are called to build, communities and leadership rooted in equality, wisdom and the sacredness of every role.
